Overview

The Toggl Track integration connects via API token and collects your daily time entries. Project names, descriptions, durations, and client associations are used to build a time tracking section in your daily diary — giving you a clear picture of how you spent your hours.

Use cases

  • Automatically logs your tracked time entries with project and description details
  • Summarizes daily totals per project so you can see where your hours went
  • Adds time tracking context alongside tasks, meetings, and other activity in your diary

Data collected

  • Time entries — description, project name, client, start/end time, and duration
  • Projects — project names and associated client names
  • Daily summary — total tracked hours and per-project breakdown

Only time entries for the diary period are collected. No billing rates, revenue, or workspace settings are accessed. Entries are never modified or deleted.
